
Refunds:
A) On credit card purchase:
Refunds shall be issued only to the customer's
credit card used for the approved amount to be claimed.
B) On company check
purchase:
Cartridge Solution will issue a refund check for the
approved amount to be claimed.
Return Policy
What is your return policy?
Cartridge Solution is committed to the quality of
its products and stands behind the promise of satisfaction and
guarantee. Any product that is proven to be defective will be replaced
or refunded in full for up to 60 days from the original invoice date.
The said defective product must meet the
following criteria:
A)
The product has been purchased from Cartridge Solution
B) The product has not been exhausted (empty- use to life)
C) The product has not been abused or mishandled
The customer should return the defective product to us immediately.
The customer must provide along with the defective product a written
report describing the problem and include a copy of the test print
showing the problem of the product.
How do I return an item?
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) shall be
issued within 5 business days to return the product that will be
affixed to the exterior of the package containing the returned
product. The claim will be reviewed and upon approval, the replacement
or refund will be issued.
Please note that a 20% restocking fee will be adhered for all
unopened returned products.
